The Collective / Donate
The Collective is a nonprofit committed to making the arts accessible to our community. Our core programs are not sustained by ticket sales or cover charges. Donations help keep our programs running, provide care packages to those we serve, and move our building fund closer to its goal.
Every gift, no matter the amount, helps turn our mission into action.
Why it matters
We have never waited for one large donor to arrive. We have kept going because people who believe in this work give what they can, again and again.
Twenty-one voices in L.O.V.E., a dance ministry that travels, and a theatre company building its first production — all led by directors who refuse to lower the standard.
A care package is a small box, but it says something large: someone knew you were here and made a point of it.
Programs come and go with their founders. A building keeps the mission standing long after any one of us has left the stage.
Three ways to give
Every gift is made on a secure giving page, and each one is directed to a specific part of the mission.
This is the flexible giving — the money that moves to wherever the need is sharpest. Rehearsal time, directors, costumes, music, and the quiet costs that never appear in a program but always have to be met.

Toiletries, nonperishable snacks, and school supplies, packed and handed to college students carrying a full load away from home. 150 have gone out since 2024, and 100 more are going out in November 2026.

The long build: a home of our own in Hampton where rehearsals, classes, performances, and service nights all happen under one roof. One-time and monthly options are both available.

The Collective is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Giving a different way — a matching gift from your employer, a gift of supplies, a larger planned gift — just email us.

Tell one person about The Collective — a neighbor, a church family, a campus group, a coworker who has been looking for something worth supporting. Word of mouth has carried us this far.
