The Collective / Community Impact
Showing up for our community.
Our community service board helps turn compassion into action through two annual initiatives.
The people behind the work
Our community service board.
Community impact takes people willing to show up. Our community service board helps execute the initiatives that let The Collective serve beyond the stage.
Annual initiative / College students
Welcome Home with L.O.V.E.
A little support can make a new place feel more like home. We give college students care packages filled with toiletries, nonperishable snacks, and school supplies.
150
care packages given since 2024
100
more planned for November 2026

Annual initiative / The holidays
A Collective Christmas.
2023–2025: three holiday seasons, three different ways to make an impact. Every year has brought a new opportunity to give.
- 2023
- We partnered with The Project Connection Foundation to sponsor children on their Angel tree.
- 2024
- We sponsored a group of youth from Urban City Impact with new outfits and donated a VIP table for the youth and some of their mentors at our Christmas celebration.
- 2025
- We adopted a displaced family, providing dinner and gifts for the children.
2023
A season of giving begins.
